Old (Purani) Delhi Railway Station

Located in the hustle bustle area of Delhi's Chandni Chowk, Old Delhi railway station is the first railway station of Delhi. The location of the railway station is a historical place and here vacationers visit to witness Red fort, Jama masjid, Chawri Bazaar, etc. The distance of the railway station from the hub of New Delhi i.e. Connaught place is approx. 7 km and the station code of the station is DLI.

People for various destinations can catch their trains from Old Delhi railway station and that includes East i.e. Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh side, West i.e, Kishanganj, Shakurbasti, Rohtak side and North, i.e. Ambala, Karnal, Sonepat, Panipat, Chandigarh, Amritsar & Jammu, etc from three different directions. The station has 10 platforms to run trains on each of these destinations. Among various trains, Samjhauta express and Pink City Express, Mussoorrie express and many more are the starting points of the railway station.
