Delhi metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has integrated its ticketing services with One Delhi Mobile app of Delhi Government. With this move, now commuters have the ease to purchase not only the tickets of Delhi Metro but also for DTF buses as well through One app.

This important partnership between the DMRC and One Delhi mobile app of Delhi government will make commuiting on Delhi Metro very convient, offering passengers a one stop solution for their transportation needs in and around Delhi.

The One Delhi app also help in integrated trip planning for Delhi buses and Delhi metros. You just need to put your starting and destination end points and One Delhi mobile app will generate a comprehensive itinerary that seamlessly combines both modes of transportation.  This integrated trip itinerary planning help the commuters to save the time which othersie spent while hopping onto multiple apps or browse different sources for bus and metro schedules.

Currenty OneDelhi mobile app of Delhi Governemt is being used for issuing digital QR tickets for DTC buses only and the average number of daily ticket sale is 1.5 lakhs, with around 3 lakh active users.

On the other side, if we talk about Delhi Metro then issuance of Delhi Metro digital QR ticket is happening through multiple channels including DMRC Saarthi (momentum 2.0) app, Whatsapp, Paytm, DMRC Travel app, etc. and Phonepe & Ridlr (For Airport Express Line only). Through these channels, around 1.2 lakhs digital QR tickets are being sold daily.

The integration of DMRC ticketing services with OneDelhi app is an important move to save commuters time and energy. Whether you need to purchase metro tickets, plan a trip between the two end points (which include multi model transportation)- check the map, locate nearby stations, this user-friendly application covers all requirements and offers users more streamlined and user friendly experience.
