Commences Projects in Sonepat, Panipat

Parsvnath Developers would commence the construction of a commercial
mall in Sonepat. Located on the NH-1 it would be spread over an area
of 3.25 lakh sq ft. consisting of 221 units the mall would have showrooms
and specialty stores along with an amphitheater, three multiplexes
and a two-level covered parking.
The company would also develop a township - Parsvnath Paliwal City
at Panipat. Located near the Devilal Choudhrary Park in sector 38-39
of Panipat the township would be spread in an n area of 162 acres.
The project would entail a total cost of Rs. 235 crore. The company
announced unveiling of plots ranging from 250 sq m. to 836 sq m. Replete
with various amenities - schools, dispensary, multiplex, shopping
mall the township will have plots as well as group houses. Being built
with the collaboration of an exporter from the city, the development
work is expected to be complete in 2 years.
